Incorporated in 2003, Samruddhi Realty Ltd is the flagship company of Samruddhi Group and engaged in the business of real estate development. Company is headquartered in Bangalore and core area of operations is residential projects.
They have executed projects at different locations in the Bangalore region. They have an in-house architectural and designing team which co-ordinates the entire process from initiation of a project to its final delivery, that ensure quality of and timely execution of each project. Most of the developments carried out by them are on a joint development model with the land owners being given built up area. They currently follow a sale model for their residential projects.
